1. Nature of Digital Product
ProChart is a digital platform that provides AI-powered data analysis.
Since the product is digital in nature, users receive immediate access to the service upon purchase or subscription activation. Access to the platform, analysis tools, and premium features is granted instantly.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy
We believe in full transparency and quality service. Users may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date of their subscription or credit package.
Refund Eligibility Conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the transaction date
- The account must not have violated the Terms of Service, including attempts to circumvent system limitations, use of bots or automated tools, or abusive activity
- The account must be in good standing with no security violations or misuse
Please note: The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, in accordance with this policy and the Terms of Service. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with professional consideration of all circumstances.
After the 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in exceptional cases as detailed in Section 4 below or as required by law.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at:

Include your account email, transaction number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
4. Exceptional Circumstances and Refunds Beyond 14 Days
After the 14-day period, all payments are final. However, ProChart reserves the right to review, at its sole and professional discretion, refund requests in exceptional and particularly justified cases, such as:
- Duplicate billing or proven billing error
- Extended non-delivery of service due to severe technical failures on ProChart's end
- Other exceptional circumstances brought to the Company's attention and proven by the user
Important clarification: Review of refund requests outside the 14-day window is conducted on a case-by-case basis, subject to the Company's sole discretion, and does not constitute a commitment to approval. Submitting a request does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
Important to Know:
- Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges
- Access to the system will continue until the end of the paid subscription period
- No prorated refund will be provided for unused days
- Remaining credits will not be converted to cash
6. Changes to This Policy
ProChart reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
Material changes will be published on the website or communicated to users through other appropriate means.
